WHAT DO YOU NEED TO START RENTING A CAR?
To rent one of our cars, you need to provide a valid ID and a valid driver’s license, both recognized in Italy.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE CAR RENTAL?
The rental fee can be paid by bank transfer, credit or debit card, prepaid cards, or rechargeable cards.

IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
For short-term rentals, a security deposit is required to cover deductibles. The security deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The full amount is refunded at the end of the rental.

ARE ALL CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED?
For the security deposit, we only accept credit cards. For paying the rental fee, we accept all types of cards, including rechargeable or prepaid cards.

WHO CAN DRIVE THE RENTED CAR?
The vehicle is to be driven exclusively by the renter, but we can extend this to additional drivers. If this is the case, you can inform us of the additional drivers at the time of the contract signing, providing a copy of their valid national driver’s license.

CAN THE RENTAL PERIOD BE MODIFIED?
Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to the availability of the car you have chosen.

WHAT DOES THE RENTAL FEE INCLUDE?
The rental fee includes all insurance services (liability, comprehensive, driver’s insurance, theft and fire insurance, roadside assistance insurance), regular and extraordinary maintenance, road tax, and the agreed mileage specified in the contract.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE THE RENTED VEHICLE?
The vehicle delivery is immediate, subject to availability verification.
